The pinned official upstream images are the base inputs. Docker build outputs
include our configuration and adapters; upstream binaries are not patched.
The Relay adapter copies the unmodified official Relay binary into its Python
wrapper image. The Sentry adapters install `sentry-nodestore-s3` at commit
`a1457f93d266485d101ae3b29fa03028bb3d63c2` without editing that package.

`runtime/upstream/` preserves original third-party licenses and configuration.
Its `sentry.conf.py` is an unmodified upstream source and is exempt from the
maximum authored-file length. The adapter `common/nodestore.py` extends the
plugin's behavior; its original license is preserved as
`runtime/upstream/nodestore-LICENSE.md`.
Other image contents remain subject to their publishers' licenses.
